Joe Rodriguez is a bilingual voice over talent, actor, and spokesperson. Joe started thinking about becoming a voice over talent at a very early age while in boys choir. He is the original voice over talent for Central Kia and many other auto dealers in the U.S. He has also recorded many commercials for television and radio. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington.
